Pickup and Refund Policy
Pickup Information
Local Pickup – Cypress, Texas
Mumalicity offers local pickup in Cypress, Texas.
Pickup is typically available Wednesday from 4-7 during the week of your homecoming.
You will receive a text message or email prior to pickup to schedule your pickup time. The pickup address will be sent to the phone number or email address provided when you placed your order during the week of homecoming.
Need a Different Pickup Date or Time?
If you are unable to pick up your order during the scheduled pickup times, please contact us as soon as possible.
We may be able to accommodate alternate pickup dates or times on a case-by-case basis, depending on your homecoming date, our production schedule, and other special circumstances. While we will do our best to work with your schedule, alternate pickup times cannot be guaranteed.

Mumalicity Return Policy
At Mumalicity, every homecoming mum and garter is custom-made specifically for each customer. Because of the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final.
Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
We do not accept returns, offer refunds, or allow order cancellations once an order has been placed.If you need to make a change to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate changes requested up to 7 days before your scheduled homecoming date. Changes requested after that time may not be possible, as production may have already begun.Order Accuracy
Please carefully review all personalization details, including names, text, school information, colors, and spelling, before submitting your order.
If you notice an error after placing your order, email us immediately. We will do our best to correct the mistake before production begins.

Meet the Designer, Suzanne
Hi, I’m the owner and creative designer behind Mumalicity.
With over 21 years of business experience and a Marketing degree from Texas A&M University, I’ve built Mumalicity on a passion for creativity, quality craftsmanship, and exceptional customer service.
For the past 13 years, I have specialized in designing custom Homecoming Mums and Garters that celebrate each student’s unique personality. Every design is thoughtfully handcrafted to reflect their talents, interests, achievements, school spirit, and extracurricular activities, creating a one of a kind keepsake they’ll treasure for years to come.
As a proud parent, I understand how meaningful these milestones are. My son is a freshman at The University of Texas at Austin, and my daughter graduated from Baylor University in May 2025. Both are proud graduates of Bridgeland High School, giving me a deep appreciation for the traditions and excitement surrounding Texas homecoming.
I am also a proud member of Mums Inc., where I continue to stay inspired by industry trends while maintaining the high standards and attention to detail that have become the hallmark of every Mumalicity creation.
